Our Story

We Started With
One Recipe
and a Lot of Dough.

Cinna'moon wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a Tuesday morning when we realized the best cinnamon roll we'd ever had was the one we baked at home. So we decided to bring that feeling to Lander.

Every roll is hand-rolled, proofed slowly, and baked in small batches so they come out of the oven warm when you walk in. We use real butter, local dairy, and cinnamon sourced from a small producer who ships direct. No shortcuts, no frozen dough, no microwave reheating.

Our shop on Main Street is small by design — we want every person who walks in to feel like they're getting something made just for them. Whether you're grabbing a quick roll and coffee on your way to work or settling in with a book and a matcha latte, this is your spot.
